Lead Technical Scheduler

About the role

Join Apto to lead the scheduling function for large‑scale, mission‑critical data centre and substation projects across Europe. Reporting to the Preconstruction Director, you will own the client‑side master programme from concept through site selection, design and pre‑construction, ensuring alignment with business plans and service readiness.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, validate and control pre‑construction stage schedules covering transaction, site selection, design, permitting, procurement, construction, commissioning and hand‑over.
• Define programme logic, sequencing and milestones to match project business objectives and customer requirements.
• Set up Apto’s Primavera P6 schedule platform, create a playbook for its use and maintain the contractor scheduling specification.
• Collaborate with the commercial team to embed execution milestones in tender documentation.
• Review and validate contractor tender schedules for technical accuracy, feasibility and compliance.
• Assist construction teams in assessing complex extension‑of‑time submissions from supply‑chain partners.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading programme development for large‑scale infrastructure or data‑centre projects.
• Strong understanding of the full project lifecycle from concept to hand‑over.
• Ability to work closely with commercial, construction and supply‑chain stakeholders.
