About the role
Sensori, the facilities management and building performance division of the Sisk Group, is looking for an experienced Site Manager to lead safe, efficient and compliant delivery of works in live and operational environments across South Dublin.
Key responsibilities
- Manage day‑to‑day site activities, ensuring works are delivered safely, on schedule and to quality standards.
- Plan, coordinate and supervise subcontractors, direct labour and suppliers, controlling site sequencing and interfaces.
- Maintain full compliance with Health & Safety, Quality and Environmental standards, fostering a proactive safety culture.
- Liaise with project management, clients, consultants and facilities teams to ensure clear communication and uninterrupted delivery.
- Monitor progress against the programme, identify risks or delays early and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate site records, including daily reports, inspections, permits, method statements and quality documentation.
- Manage site logistics and access within occupied environments, minimising disruption to operations.
- Support inspections, commissioning activities and handover processes to meet required standards.
Required profile
- Proven experience as a Site Manager, Site Supervisor or similar role within a main contractor, specialist contractor or facilities‑led environment.
- Experience delivering works in live, occupied or operational settings such as commercial buildings, healthcare, residential or large‑scale refurbishment projects.
