About the role
The Site Manager will oversee the delivery of a mixed‑use residential project for an award‑winning main contractor in Mullingar. You will be responsible for ensuring the site operates safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate the on‑site management team throughout the construction phase.
- Manage day‑to‑day site activities, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Monitor progress against the project programme and take corrective actions when required.
- Control site resources, including subcontractors, materials, and equipment.
- Maintain clear communication with stakeholders, providing regular updates on performance and issues.
Required profile
- Minimum 5 years of site management experience on residential or mixed‑use projects.
- Trade qualifications or an engineering degree/diploma related to construction.
- Strong interpersonal, written and oral communication abilities.
- Demonstrated responsibility and ability to work autonomously.
Required skills
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite.
