Site Supervisor – Decarbonisation

About the role

The Contracts department is looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to lead construction activities focused on decarbonisation across multiple sites in Ireland. The role blends office‑based planning with hands‑on site supervision to ensure safe, efficient delivery of projects such as heat‑pump installations, solar PV systems, LED conversions and boiler removals.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise day‑to‑day site operations in live public environments, including schools.
• Coordinate plant, material deliveries, lifting operations and subcontractor activities.
• Interpret M&E drawings and oversee the installation of heat pumps, PV solar, LED lighting and boiler removal.
• Maintain high standards of quality, health, safety, environment and quality (HSEQ) compliance.
• Manage reporting streams, resolve on‑site issues proactively and minimise disruption to the public.
• Ensure all works comply with insurance and liability requirements.

Required profile

• Proven experience supervising site operations in public or live environments.
• Strong ability to coordinate plant, materials and subcontractors.
• Proficiency in reading and applying M&E drawings.
• Excellent communication skills for reporting and issue resolution.
