SMB Multi-Channel Sales Specialist – On‑Site (Dublin)

About the role

The Business Value Management Team at eir is looking for an energetic SMB Multi‑Channel Sales Specialist to join our on‑site contact centre in Dublin. You will help grow the Small and Medium Business customer base by delivering exceptional experiences across inbound and outbound channels, including phone, web‑chat and cold‑calling.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls from SMB customers, providing value‑focused support.
• Generate leads and conduct outbound outreach through calls, web‑chat and cold‑calling.
• Drive sales performance and revenue growth while meeting core KPIs for the SMB segment.
• Proactively manage customer value, ensuring eir meets its commercial and service commitments.
• Work assigned shifts between 08:00 and 20:00, Monday‑Friday, with occasional weekend coverage as needed.

Required profile

• Willingness to work full‑time on‑site in a contact‑centre environment.
• Ability to work flexible shifts within the 08:00‑20:00 window.
• Target‑driven mindset with a focus on delivering measurable results.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with a diverse SMB customer base.
