Student Recruiter – Aviation Training (Ireland)

About the role

GreyBird Pilot Academy is looking for a proactive Recruiter to join its new Dublin office. The role focuses on attracting and guiding prospective students through the admissions process for commercial pilot training programmes in Ireland. You will work closely with GreyBird’s international recruitment team, contributing to the academy’s growth in the Irish market.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential candidates through phone, email and face‑to‑face meetings.
• Manage the Irish lead pipeline, from initial contact to signed enrolment contracts.
• Host information sessions, recruitment events and represent GreyBird at fairs, schools and aviation‑related exhibitions.
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates, their families and local networking partners.
• Provide personalised advice on training options and admission requirements.

Required profile

• Strong motivation for sales, recruitment and the aviation sector.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Ability to work independently and proactively generate new leads.
• Comfortable guiding candidates through major career decisions.
