Talent Associate – Dublin (12 Months FTC)

About the role

Generation is seeking a Talent Associate to join its Dublin team on a 12‑month fixed‑term contract. You will play a pivotal role in guiding graduates through the job‑search process, matching them with suitable employers, and supporting employer partners to maximise placement outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 coaching on CV writing, applications and interview preparation.
• Match graduates to opportunities based on skills, goals and inclusion needs.
• Prepare learners for interviews, assess readiness and deliver developmental feedback.
• Promote job openings through Generation’s communication channels and track retention.
• Deliver workshops on job searching, interview techniques and recruiter engagement.
• Integrate career‑readiness content into coaching sessions and capture progress data.
• Collaborate with the wider team on upskilling and employability delivery.
• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes for employer partners after each cohort graduation.
• Organise employer feedback, case studies and evidence for funders.
• Run employability events that connect employers directly with learners.
• Feed employer insights back to the team to shape future programme development.

Required profile

• Irish resident with full right to work in Ireland.
• Passion for supporting diverse learners and commitment to inclusion.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to coach, mentor and provide constructive feedback.
