Tax Manager – EMEA

About the role

Fin is seeking an experienced Tax Manager to join its fast‑growing Finance team. Based in Europe, you will support the company’s global expansion by overseeing tax compliance and driving process improvements across EMEA.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee preparation and review of income tax provisions (IAS 12) and tax returns for EMEA jurisdictions, coordinating with third‑party service providers.
• Own and manage indirect tax (VAT/GST) filings across European countries, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Maintain the EMEA tax calendar, tracking filing and payment deadlines and managing document flow.
• Collaborate with the FP&A team to develop and maintain tax expense forecasts and provide guidance to stakeholders.
• Help shape the tax function by adopting AI‑driven tools and innovative processes.

Required profile

• Strong background in corporate tax accounting and compliance within EMEA.
• Proactive mindset, comfortable working at a fast pace and embracing new technologies.
• Excellent collaboration skills to work with finance, tax service providers, and cross‑functional teams.
• Ability to influence and drive improvements in a growing global organization.
