Technical Manager / Architect – Residential

About the role

We are seeking a Technical Manager/Architect to join our senior management team and oversee large residential schemes from a technical perspective. The role involves coordinating design, ensuring compliance, and delivering high‑quality housing projects across Dublin and surrounding counties.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate all aspects of building design, including structures, M&E, facades, internal specifications, service and maintenance strategies.
• Lead and manage external consultants and specialist subcontractors with design responsibilities.
• Work with the design team to resolve planning conditions, obtain building regulation approval and achieve BER certification.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Technical Manager or a similar role within the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, design processes and relevant regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple contracts simultaneously and work effectively under pressure.
