About the role

We are seeking a Territory Business Development Manager to lead our growth across Europe in the Oil & Gas sector. You will work in an international, fast‑growing environment that provides advanced pipeline integrity and inspection solutions, acting as a bridge between technical teams and customers.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and execute territory sales strategies to increase revenue and market presence across Europe.
  • Identify, qualify and nurture relationships with new and existing clients in the Oil & Gas and broader energy sectors.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, understanding operational needs and presenting tailored pipeline inspection and integrity solutions.
  • Manage key accounts, ensuring high satisfaction and long‑term partnership development.
  • Conduct market analysis to spot trends, competitor activity and emerging business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with technical, operations and marketing teams to align sales activities with service capabilities.
  • Support contract negotiations and contribute to commercial agreement management.
  • Participate in forecasting, budgeting, pipeline management and sales performance reporting.

Required profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business or a related technical field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in technical sales, business development or commercial roles within the Oil & Gas or energy industry.
  • Strong understanding of pipeline integrity management and in‑line inspection services.
  • Proven ability to develop customer relationships and drive growth in complex technical environments.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills in English; additional European languages are a plus.
