Transfer Pricing Manager

About the role

The Transfer Pricing Manager will join a leading advisory and accountancy firm’s tax team in Dublin. You will work with a diverse portfolio of Irish and international clients, delivering compliant and commercially effective transfer pricing strategies across complex cross‑border projects.

Key responsibilities

• Advise clients on transfer pricing matters across multiple industries and jurisdictions.
• Conduct benchmarking studies, economic analysis and financial modelling.
• Prepare and review transfer pricing documentation, including master files and local files.
• Support clients with transfer pricing planning, restructuring and inter‑company arrangements.
• Assist with transfer pricing audits, disputes and regulatory matters.
• Manage multiple client engagements and project timelines.
• Mentor and support junior team members within the tax function.

Required profile

• Degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance, Business, Law or a related discipline.
• 4+ years of transfer pricing experience within practice or consulting.
• Strong understanding of OECD guidelines and international tax principles.
• Excellent analytical capability and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
