Warehouse Operator

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Operator to support supply‑chain operations within a regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing environment. The role focuses on maintaining safety, quality and efficiency while ensuring compliance with cGMP and cGDP standards.

Key responsibilities

• Follow safety and quality guidelines, reporting any issues to the warehouse supervisor.
• Assist with the introduction of new products, equipment and procedures.
• Prioritise tasks to meet production schedules and support continuous improvement initiatives such as lean and 5S.
• Maintain a clean and organised workspace using “clean as you go” principles.
• Ensure all documentation meets regulatory and quality requirements.
• Collaborate with technicians, engineers and quality teams to resolve operational issues.
• Provide supply‑chain support to other departments as needed.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a warehouse or supply‑chain role within a pharmaceutical or biotech company.
• Strong understanding of safety, quality and regulatory practices.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and complete accurate documentation.
• Problem‑solving mindset and willingness to participate in training.
