Logistics Analyst

About the role

Sandisk is seeking a Logistics Analyst to lead daily execution activities with third‑party service providers, freight forwarders and brokers. The role focuses on resolving fulfillment and freight‑management exceptions while driving automation and continuous improvement across the supply chain.

Key responsibilities

• Lead daily execution with 3rd‑party logistics partners and resolve customer fulfillment exceptions.
• Participate in the design and implementation of ERP systems to meet business needs and automate processes.
• Collaborate with IT to implement system enhancements and identify cost‑optimization opportunities.
• Conduct ad‑hoc quantitative and qualitative analyses to address operational issues.
• Own logistics KPIs, analyze supplier performance, and lead regular KPI reviews.
• Utilize advanced analytical tools to uncover trends, patterns, and process‑optimization opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management or Logistics (Master’s preferred).
• Experience in supply chain, inventory, import/export, or related logistics functions.
• In‑depth knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle; EDI experience is a plus.

Required skills

• Advanced/Expert level Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and project‑management tools.
• Data‑visualisation expertise in Tableau, OBIEE or PowerBI.
• Experience analyzing large data sets and documenting business/system requirements.
