About the role
The External Relations Office is looking for a Website Assistant to join its Digital Team. You will help maintain and update the university’s external‑facing website, create and publish web content and campaign landing pages, and support a community of web editors.
Key responsibilities
- Create, edit and publish web content and campaign landing pages.
- Provide technical and content support to a large, distributed group of web editors.
- Deliver training sessions for new web editors.
- Assist with accessibility compliance and ensure content is engaging and user‑friendly.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Team and other university departments.
Required profile
- Professional experience creating and publishing content on large websites for internal and external audiences.
- Experience supporting a distributed user base and delivering training.
- Strong communication, administration and time‑management abilities.
- Interest in web technologies and a willingness to learn new systems.
Required skills
- Content Management System (CMS) usage.
- Web publishing tools and techniques.
- Understanding of web accessibility standards.
