Accelerated Growth Consultant – Google Customer Solutions

About the role

Google Customer Solutions is looking for an Accelerated Growth Consultant to help small‑ and medium‑sized businesses across EMEA achieve their digital advertising goals. You will act as a trusted advisor, leveraging Google’s advertising products to drive growth for clients in both English and French.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver ambitious quarterly business and product growth targets while ensuring an exceptional advertiser experience.
• Build and manage a sales pipeline by proactively identifying high‑potential businesses and collaborating closely with internal marketing teams.
• Establish relationships through phone and email outreach, designing effective marketing strategies using deep product knowledge.
• Consult with C‑level clients to meet national and international online marketing objectives using Google’s suite of solutions (YouTube, Google Search, Display Network).
• Provide a superior sales experience that drives long‑term customer success.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, media sales, account management, marketing or consulting in a customer‑facing environment.
• Fluent communication in English and French.
• Experience in hunting, acquisition, start‑up environments, and executing marketing campaigns.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑changing, dynamic setting and consistently over‑achieve sales quotas.
• Strategic thinking and strong problem‑solving skills.
