Account Executive – New Business Sales (English/French)

About the role

Google’s Customer Solutions team is looking for a bilingual Account Executive to drive new‑business sales across English‑ and French‑speaking markets. You will help small‑ and medium‑size businesses grow by delivering Google’s full suite of advertising solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end‑to‑end sales cycle, from prospecting to closing and post‑sale relationship management for up to six months.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline in partnership with sales development, onboarding, agency and marketing teams.
• Acquire high‑value accounts through outbound prospecting, cold calling, consulting, pitching and closing.
• Advise clients on domestic and export online marketing goals using YouTube, Google Search, Google Shopping, Display Network and app‑promotion solutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• At least 2 years of new‑business sales experience with a record of exceeding quota.
• Fluent in English and French for client relationship management.
• Proven ability to build pipelines from scratch and execute digital‑marketing campaigns.
• Strong understanding of the online advertising industry and local market dynamics.
• Comfort navigating ambiguity, working independently and collaborating in a team.
