Umrah Travel Consultant – Dublin

About the role

We are looking for a customer‑focused Umrah Travel Consultant to join our Dublin office. You will guide clients through the complete Umrah booking journey, ensuring a smooth and spiritually rewarding experience.

Key responsibilities

• Advise clients on Umrah packages, itineraries and travel requirements.
• Process Saudi visa applications and verify all documentation.
• Coordinate flights, accommodation, ground transport and other logistics.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of Umrah regulations and travel advisories.
• Deliver exceptional customer service before, during and after travel.
• Handle client queries and complaints professionally.
• Keep accurate records of bookings, payments and communications.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year experience in travel consultancy, preferably religious tourism.
• Strong knowledge of Umrah procedures and Saudi visa regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple bookings.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
• High level of integrity, empathy and cultural sensitivity.
