Director – Technology Resilience & Digital Risk

About the role

EY is expanding its FS Technology Consulting practice and is looking for a Director to lead the Technology Resilience & Digital Risk team in Dublin. The role will help financial‑services clients master digital risk, resilience and cyber governance.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain technical expertise in operational resilience, IT and cyber risk management, digital resilience, third‑party risk transformation and AI/data governance.
• Lead end‑to‑end client engagements, coach delivery teams and ensure quality and risk standards are met.
• Drive business development activities such as pursuits, proposals and thought‑leadership events.
• Build and nurture client relationships and manage delivery teams across the firm.

Required profile

• 10+ years of consulting experience in resilience, operational/IT risk or cyber, with at least 2‑3 years at director or management level.
• University degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
• Experience in financial services (banking, insurance, capital markets) and knowledge of regulations such as DORA, operational resilience and third‑party risk.
• Prior Big‑4 experience and familiarity with emerging technologies, FinTech, cloud services and cybersecurity.
