About the role
We are looking for an experienced Fresh Food Area Manager to lead a network of stores across Cork. This senior position will drive sales, margins and profitability while ensuring the highest standards of food safety and customer experience.
Key responsibilities
- Drive sales, margins and profitability across fresh food departments in multiple locations.
- Support, coach and develop store managers and fresh food teams.
- Ensure HACCP, food safety and audit standards are consistently met.
- Deliver training, implement best practices and champion operational excellence.
- Develop fresh food concepts and enhance the customer experience.
Required profile
- Previous experience as a Fresh Food, Area Manager or Multi‑Site Retail Manager.
- Strong commercial understanding of sales, margins, budgets and profitability.
- Proven people‑management and leadership abilities.
- Excellent knowledge of food safety and HACCP requirements.
- Full clean driving licence.
