About the role

Join Sprout’s bustling Cork restaurant as a full‑time Team Member, delivering warm hospitality and ensuring smooth daily operations. You’ll be the friendly face that greets guests, supports the kitchen, and helps keep the venue clean and efficient.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with food preparation, ingredient prep, and service line setup.
• Provide courteous, energetic service to customers, answering menu questions and taking orders.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards throughout the restaurant.
• Operate the till and handle payments accurately.
• Follow checklists to ensure dishes are presented and tasted correctly.
• Support food safety, hygiene, and health‑and‑safety procedures.

Required profile

• Friendly and enthusiastic attitude with a passion for hospitality.
• Strong communication skills in English.
