F&B Outlets Manager

About the role

The Kingsley Hotel, a 4‑star property in Cork, is seeking an experienced F&B Outlets Manager to lead its food and beverage operations across multiple outlets. You will oversee daily service, coordinate events, and ensure the highest standards of guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all F&B outlets, including restaurant, bar, banquet, and wedding services.
• Plan, execute, and follow up on conferences, banquets, and private events.
• Control budgeting, forecasting, and profit & loss performance for the department.
• Lead, train, and develop a large team of staff across shifts.
• Handle guest complaints and ensure swift resolution.
• Maintain immaculate grooming standards and uphold service etiquette.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a 4‑star or 5‑star hotel F&B role.
• 3rd level qualification in Hospitality Management or equivalent.
• Strong leadership and people‑management abilities.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
