Immigration Partner – Regional Legal Lead

About the role

We are seeking an Immigration Partner to lead our regional legal hub in Dublin. The role combines top‑tier immigration law expertise with strategic partner management and operational oversight, acting as the primary bridge between the Irish office and the US headquarters.

Key responsibilities

• Direct the regional hub as the chief legal authority, ensuring all immigration services meet company standards and strategic goals.
• Manage a network of co‑counsel “spoke” locations, overseeing quality control, SLA compliance and contract terms.
• Lead client engagement, handling high‑level escalations, preparing and filing immigration petitions, and providing strategic advice to HR and executive stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the Operations Lead to establish regular communications, monitor case progress and enforce billing accuracy.
• Partner with US headquarters to report performance, share insights and maintain global continuity of legal services.
• Champion the use of legal technology, ensuring timely data entry, reporting and data‑driven quality control across the network.

Required profile

• Active, distinguished licence to practice law in Ireland.
• Significant experience in complex Irish corporate and private immigration matters, preferably with prior leadership or managing‑attorney responsibilities.
• Proven track record of managing immigration professionals, external counsel or distributed legal vendor networks.
• Demonstrated ability to handle senior client escalations and multi‑jurisdictional relationships.
• Strong understanding of law‑firm financials, billing processes and operational workflows.
• High proficiency with legal technology and case‑management systems, driving adoption among external partners.
