About the role

Fruition Group Ireland is launching a new office in Dublin 2 and is looking for a Principal Recruitment Consultant to lead and grow its technology recruitment practice. You will work alongside top Irish recruiters, own a specialist technology market, and help expand the firm’s footprint in the Irish tech sector.

Key responsibilities

• Own and develop a specialist recruitment market within the technology sector.
• Build strategic relationships with hiring managers and technology leaders.
• Deliver recruitment solutions for both contract and permanent roles.
• Grow existing accounts into long‑term client partnerships.
• Proactively source and engage high‑quality candidates through networking.
• Develop a strong personal brand in the technology recruitment market.
• Mentor and support junior consultants, sharing best practices.

Required profile

• Proven recruitment experience with a strong billing track record.
• Ability to develop long‑term client relationships and grow accounts.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Commercial awareness and strong negotiation ability.
• Proactive, results‑driven mindset.
