Senior Recruiter – Futureforce EMEA

About the role

Salesforce is looking for a Senior Recruiter to join its Futureforce EMEA team. In this position you will own the end‑to‑end recruitment process for interns, apprentices and graduate candidates across Europe, the Middle East and Africa, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience for every applicant.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full interview, selection and offer lifecycle for Futureforce talent.
• Partner with the Talent Attraction team to identify and source top‑tier candidates.
• Coach and inform candidates throughout the hiring journey to maintain high engagement.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and Centre of Excellence leads to align hiring needs with business goals.
• Monitor and report on representation targets and recruitment metrics.

Required profile

• Customer‑centric mindset with a strong focus on candidate advocacy.
• Proven experience in talent delivery or full‑cycle recruiting for early‑career talent.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
