Quality Control Inspector

About the role

Silent-Aire Europe is looking for a Quality Control Inspector to check, document and troubleshoot production processes, ensuring that products meet the high standards required by the company and its customers. The role demands a methodical, highly organised individual with a keen eye for detail and strong interpersonal abilities.

Key responsibilities

• Approve in‑process production by confirming specifications, performing visual and measurement checks, and communicating adjustments or rework to the production supervisor.
• Generate iAuditor inspection reports and collaborate with the production team to close out open items promptly.
• Create quality check sheets and standards for new product designs.
• Mentor and liaise with production, electrical, plumbing, and stores teams to ensure work meets client standards.
• Work with engineering and production to implement more efficient manufacturing processes.
• Champion continuous improvement initiatives.
• Model and maintain a safe, healthy work environment, complying with legal regulations.
• Support the quality management system and organisational mission by completing related tasks as needed.

Required profile

• Third‑level qualification in Mechanical or Mechatronics engineering.
• Conscientious, responsible, and highly attentive to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organisational and leadership abilities.
• Understanding of quality control procedures and relevant legal standards.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
