Key responsibilities

• Source, screen and engage candidates for a variety of clinical and non‑clinical roles.
• Maintain and update the applicant tracking system with accurate candidate information.
• Build strong relationships with hospitals, clinics and other healthcare providers.
• Coordinate interviews, provide feedback and manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process.
• Track metrics and meet defined KPIs to drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a fast‑paced environment, any industry.
• Demonstrated ambition, drive and ability to exceed performance targets.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self‑motivated and comfortable working independently.
