Retail Vertical Channel Account Manager – Europe

About the role

Motorola Solutions is looking for a strategic leader to drive adoption of its Video Security & Access Control (VS&A) ecosystem across Europe’s largest retail networks. You will work in a people‑first culture, partnering with internal sales teams and third‑party technology providers to standardise advanced security architectures for multi‑site store and logistics environments.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic business initiatives with tier‑1 grocery and discount retail accounts to increase market penetration.
• Lead complex, multinational procurement cycles and negotiate corporate framework agreements.
• Standardise deployment of the full VS&A portfolio across multi‑site store networks and logistics hubs.
• Collaborate with POS and AI checkout technology partners to deliver unified software integrations.
• Work closely with regional sales resources and channel partners to manage seamless multi‑region roll‑outs.
• Oversee pipeline management, forecasting, and end‑to‑end rollout tracking using Salesforce.com.
• Mentor peers on navigating complex procurement structures and multi‑national forecasting models.

Required profile

• Proven experience in strategic account management within the retail sector, preferably with large multinational customers.
• Strong understanding of video security, access control, and related technology ecosystems.
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex commercial procurement cycles and negotiate framework agreements.
• Excellent collaboration skills with internal sales teams and external technology partners.
