Senior Business Partner – Operations Central Functions, Employee Experience & Relations

About the role

Join Amazon's Employee Experience & Relations (EXR) team in Europe as a senior business partner. You will shape employee and labor‑relations strategies for multiple EU countries, advising senior Operations leaders on compliance, risk and employee experience.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and own end‑to‑end employee and labor‑relations strategies for OPS Central Functions & RME Tech across Europe.
• Provide strategic counsel to VPs and senior leaders on regulatory compliance, labor‑relations risk and employee experience.
• Partner with People Experience & Technology (PXT) to design and implement improvement initiatives.
• Support organizational changes, respond to emerging business and risk opportunities at EU level.
• Collaborate with other EXR Business Partners, Country Field ER teams and Head of Country ER Leadership to ensure consistent processes.

Required profile

• Extensive experience advising senior leaders on employee experience, regulatory compliance and labor‑relations risk.
• Strong understanding of complex EU labor‑relations environments.
• Proven ability to translate business priorities into actionable employee‑relations strategies.
• Excellent judgment balancing business agility with employee experience.
