Technology Recruitment Consultant

About the role

We are looking for a sales‑driven Technology Recruitment Consultant to join our high‑performing team in Dublin City Centre. As a 360 consultant you will build and nurture relationships with organisations across the Republic of Ireland, delivering both permanent and contract placements in the technology sector.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new client partnerships and maintain existing relationships.
• Source, interview and assess technology candidates using our CRM and recruitment tools.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from shortlisting to offer and onboarding.
• Drive business development targets and contribute to the desk’s growth objectives.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Senior Recruitment Consultant or higher.
• Demonstrated track record in business development and technology recruitment.
• Highly motivated, ambitious and resilient in a fast‑paced environment.
