12hr Stock Operator (mid week)

About the role

As a Store Stock Operator at Levi Strauss & Co., you will act as the vital link between the stockroom and the shop floor, helping to deliver an exceptional shopping experience.

Key responsibilities

• Review store sales and KPIs with the Store Manager to spot sales opportunities.
• Ensure daily replenishment is efficient and accurate.
• Train store associates on Stock Management Guidelines and standards.
• Maintain product presentation, assortment, and tagging on the floor and in the stockroom.
• Organise and keep the stockroom tidy.
• Provide shop‑floor support to the team.

Required profile

• Passionate about the Levi’s brand and its values.
• Relevant stock operation experience.
• Strategic thinking, flexibility and ability to drive change.
• Quick adaptation to store operational demands.
• Strong organisational skills, ability to prioritise and meet deadlines under pressure.
• Effective both in a team and when working alone.
• Attention to detail and timely work execution.
