About the role

Archer is looking for former teachers to transition into a high‑impact recruitment and sales role. You will leverage your communication and people‑management expertise to build professional partnerships and drive revenue, while following a transparent, merit‑based progression path.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential corporate clients and candidates.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle from prospecting to placement.
• Negotiate contracts and commissions with clients.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Participate in one‑on‑one coaching and structured training sessions.

Required profile

• Minimum two years of professional experience after graduation.
• Background in education or teaching.
• Strong communication, organisation and resilience.
• Motivation to succeed in a target‑driven, sales‑focused environment.
• Eligibility to work in Ireland (EU passport or Stamp 4 visa).

Required skills

• Effective verbal and written communication.

• Ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
