Accommodation Supervisor – Dublin

About the role

We are looking for an Accommodation Supervisor to lead our Housekeeping and Accommodation team at a centrally‑located hotel in Dublin. You will ensure that guest areas are maintained to the highest standards while delivering friendly, efficient service.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise the Housekeeping and Accommodation staff, monitoring daily tasks and performance.
• Assist in creating rotas, managing stock levels and ordering supplies.
• Perform deep‑cleaning and replenishment duties as needed to uphold quality standards.
• Handle guest requests promptly and coordinate resolutions with relevant departments.
• Maintain a customer‑focused approach, consistently delivering excellent service.
