Account Development Representative – French Speaking

About the role

MongoDB is seeking a French‑speaking Account Development Representative to join its Dublin team. This entry‑level sales position focuses on generating and qualifying new business opportunities for MongoDB’s modern data platform.

Key responsibilities

• Identify high‑potential businesses in the region that could benefit from MongoDB’s solutions.
• Collaborate with the Sales team to design and execute inbound and outbound prospecting campaigns.
• Engage IT and business decision‑makers via phone and email to introduce MongoDB Atlas.
• Maintain accurate lead and activity records in Salesforce.
• Set up qualified introductory meetings for Account Executives.
• Nurture early‑stage opportunities to build future pipeline.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly opportunity quotas.
• Partner with Marketing and Account Executives to maximize outreach effectiveness.

Required profile

• Based in Dublin and able to work in a hybrid model.
• Fluent in French and English.
• Strong interest in technology sales and a desire to build a long‑term career.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.

Required skills

• Experience using Salesforce for lead management.
