Account Manager – Experiential Marketing

About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast‑growing independent brand experience agency as it expands its Irish operations. You will work on high‑visibility experiential campaigns for a major international client in the adult nicotine alternatives category, combining client liaison, field delivery and post‑campaign analysis.

Key responsibilities

• Manage experiential and brand activation projects across Ireland, including Dublin, Cork and regional locations.
• Coordinate national teams of field‑based brand ambassadors and activation staff.
• Translate client briefs into operational plans, timelines and delivery schedules.
• Liaise with client stakeholders to ensure standards are met.
• Oversee staffing, logistics, stock, event kits and branded assets.
• Support activations in nightlife, leisure, on‑trade and social environments.
• Handle multiple campaigns and seasonal activity simultaneously.
• Prepare campaign updates, reports and performance summaries.
• Collaborate with colleagues in Ireland and the UK for seamless delivery.
• Troubleshoot on‑site issues and contribute to agency culture and growth.

Required profile

• 2–4 years’ experience in experiential marketing, events, activations, account management or project coordination.
• Strong interest in live events, nightlife, culture and consumer behaviour.
• Excellent organisational abilities and capacity to manage several moving parts.
• Confident communication with clients, suppliers and field teams.
• Hands‑on approach with willingness to be involved in delivery.
• Good commercial judgement and professional representation of the agency.
• Understanding of Irish culture, social habits and consumer nuances.
