Account Strategist – SMB (Google Customer Solutions)

About the role

As an Account Strategist for Google Customer Solutions, you will work with small‑ and medium‑sized businesses across Italy, helping them maximise the impact of Google Ads. You will act as a trusted advisor, shaping advertising strategies that drive growth for a diverse portfolio of clients.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver ambitious quarterly business‑growth and product‑growth targets.
• Build and nurture relationships with SMB owners through phone calls, email outreach and regular consultations.
• Own a portfolio of small businesses, understand their growth drivers and create quarterly plans to achieve objectives.
• Advise clients on how to optimise their Google Ads investment for maximum return.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless campaign execution and customer success.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven experience in digital sales, client management, business development or related fields.
• Fluent communication skills in both English and Italian.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
• Strong stakeholder‑influence abilities and attention to detail while managing multiple projects.
