Accountant – Finance Automation (Dublin)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Accountant who can manage day‑to‑day finance operations while leading the implementation of AI‑driven automation within our finance function. Reporting to the CFO, you will work in a fast‑growing entertainment and hospitality business based in Dublin.

Key responsibilities

• Execute month‑end close, general ledger maintenance and fixed‑asset accounting.
• Prepare and file tax returns, ensuring full compliance.
• Conduct financial analysis and produce regular management reports.
• Support payroll processing and related reconciliations.
• Design, develop and maintain automation tools using AI platforms such as Claude, ChatGPT or similar.

Required profile

• Based in Dublin or nearby with the ability to work on‑site three days per week.
• Valid right to work in Ireland (no work permit or Stamp 1g).
• Proven end‑to‑end accounting experience in a high‑volume environment, preferably hospitality or retail.
• Demonstrated ability to implement AI solutions with tangible results.
