Accountant – Finance Team (Dublin)

About the role

Reporting to the Finance Manager and based in Dublin, we are looking for an experienced accountant to join our multi‑disciplined finance team. You will support the company’s control and reporting requirements while helping to integrate the latest technology into our finance agenda.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver accurate and timely financial, regulatory, and management reporting.
• Maintain and evolve a strong financial control environment, ensuring compliance with ICOFR, regulatory standards, and internal policies.
• Provide clear financial analysis and insights, including variance reporting to support business performance and decision‑making.
• Support budgeting and forecasting processes, aligning them with strategic and operational objectives.
• Drive process efficiencies and innovation by supporting the implementation of new financial systems, automation, and AI.
• Act as a subject‑matter expert for finance on local and global projects.

• Proficiency in using digital and analytics tools to deliver finance results.
• Strong communication skills to present analysis and insights.
