About the role
Enable Ireland is seeking a motivated Administrator/Personal Assistant to support the Director of Services Office and the Regional Management Team at its Quinn’s Cross office in Mungret, Limerick. The role involves providing high‑level administrative assistance and acting as a liaison with internal and external stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver day‑to‑day administrative support to the Director of Services and regional managers.
- Coordinate meetings, correspondence, and documentation across the region.
- Maintain strong professional relationships with Enable Ireland staff, the HSE and other partner agencies.
- Manage travel arrangements, diary scheduling, and reporting requirements.
- Assist with ad‑hoc projects and ensure smooth operation of the regional office.
Required profile
- Relevant administration or business qualification.
- Minimum five years recent experience in a similar administrative or personal assistant role.
- Eligibility to work in Ireland and a full clean driver’s licence.
- Desirable experience in health or social‑care settings.
