Administrator – Retail Store

About the role
We are seeking an experienced Administrator to join our Specsavers store in Crumlin. You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling enquiries and supporting the smooth operation of the store. This role offers opportunities for professional development across various business areas.
Key responsibilities
- Answer phone enquiries and provide accurate information.
- Confirm appointments and verify entitlements for PRSI/Medical card funded appointments.
- Assist customers with contact lens enquiries, process payments, and set up direct debits.
- Submit HSE Medical card claims and reconcile related payments.
- Coordinate PR activities and support store administration tasks.
Required profile
- Previous administration experience is essential.
- Passionate, hard‑working and confident when dealing with customers.
- Ability to manage multiple administrative tasks accurately.
