Advertising Sales Rep Associate - French speaking

About the role

Accenture is seeking a results‑driven Advertising Sales Representative to join its Digital Inside Sales team. You will work with advertisers across major digital platforms – Search, Display, Product Listing and Sponsored Ads – helping them grow measurable results through strategic campaign management and consultative selling.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and expand a portfolio of advertising accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and revenue growth.
• Analyze campaign performance metrics such as CTR, CPC and ROAS, and recommend data‑driven optimisations.
• Provide strategic guidance on audience targeting, bidding strategies and creative execution.
• Identify upsell opportunities and drive incremental revenue.
• Handle inbound client inquiries and conduct proactive outbound outreach.
• Collaborate with internal teams on campaign setup and creative development.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM and deliver regular performance reports.
• Share client feedback to improve platform tools and processes.

Required profile

• High school diploma (Irish Leaving Cert or equivalent); post‑secondary degree in marketing or business preferred.
• Experience in sales, account management, marketing or consulting with a proven record of client growth and revenue generation.
• Native‑level proficiency in English and French, both written and spoken.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a hybrid model with up to 50% on‑site presence within the designated geographic area.
