AI Architect – Fintech (Dublin, Hybrid)

About the role

We are a fast‑growing AI‑focused fintech building agentic systems for private equity and investment banking. Based in Dublin, we are looking for an AI Architect to lead the design and production of multi‑agent, Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines and LLM‑Ops.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement multi‑agent architectures (supervisor‑worker, hierarchical teams) and RAG pipelines over proprietary data.
• Select and integrate LLM orchestration frameworks such as LangGraph, AutoGen or CrewAI for each use case.
• Build safe tool‑use and function‑calling capabilities for agents interacting with APIs, databases and SaaS platforms.
• Implement guardrails and optimise prompting strategies (Chain‑of‑Thought, ReAct, Tree‑of‑Thought) to ensure reliability and low latency.
• Own LLM‑Ops including evaluation (Ragas, DeepEval), observability (LangSmith, Arize, Datadog) and cost‑performance trade‑offs.
• Take prototypes to scalable production with modular, testable code and containerised cloud deployment (Docker, Kubernetes, AWS/Azure).

Required profile

• Architect‑level experience delivering production‑grade agentic AI systems in established companies or high‑growth startups.
• Proven end‑to‑end ownership of AI architecture, from design through containerised cloud deployment.
• Strong professional English communication and full working rights for Ireland.
