AI Automation Specialist (Marketing background)

About the role

We are seeking an AI Automation Specialist with a strong marketing background to design and optimise AI‑driven marketing systems for fast‑growing brands across e‑commerce, subscription and food & beverage sectors. Working remotely, you will transform manual marketing processes into scalable automated workflows that deliver measurable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and maintain AI‑powered automation workflows across multiple brands and channels.
• Build scalable systems for content generation, reporting, customer insights, email marketing and operational efficiency using platforms such as Make, Zapier or n8n.
• Develop and optimise SEO initiatives, including keyword research, metadata, internal linking and local listings.
• Create and enhance lifecycle email campaigns (welcome, abandoned cart, post‑purchase, retention) using tools like Klaviyo.
• Monitor, troubleshoot and continuously improve automation reliability, scalability and performance.
• Analyse funnel performance and campaign metrics to provide actionable business insights.
• Collaborate with marketing and technical stakeholders to rapidly deliver solutions.

Required profile

• 3‑5+ years of experience in marketing automation, workflow optimisation or systems development.
• Hands‑on expertise with automation platforms (Make/Integromat, Zapier, n8n) and AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT).
• Strong understanding of SEO, email marketing automation and e‑commerce ecosystems.
• Ability to independently build, manage and optimise API integrations.
