AI Builder – Emerging Talent (French Market)

About the role

Salesforce is looking for early‑career AI Builders to join its AI Builder New Grad cohort for the French market. You will work directly with customer‑facing teams, designing, developing and deploying agentic AI solutions for Fortune 500 companies, delivering real‑time impact from day one.

Key responsibilities

• Develop AI agents that take real actions for large enterprises using Salesforce’s Agentforce platform.
• Design agent intelligence, including prompts, reasoning, tool calls and overall architecture.
• Collaborate with other Builders to architect, build, debug and deploy scalable production systems using JavaScript, Python and Apex.
• Partner with clients to translate business challenges into AI‑driven solutions and lead high‑level technical conversations.
• Iterate, test, fix and ship solutions, owning the end‑to‑end lifecycle of your code.

Required profile

• Strong background in Computer Science or a related engineering discipline.
• Deep experience with large language models, prompt engineering and AI‑native development.
• Fluent in French and English and comfortable presenting to sales teams and customers.
• Willingness to travel 25‑50 % of the time to work on‑site with clients.
