Analyst, Global Fees Management

About the role

Join Northern Trust’s International Finance Operations team as a Global Fees Management Analyst. Based in Limerick, you will support the timely capture, billing and collection of revenue for multiple legal entities across EMEA, working with high‑profile clients and internal stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure accurate and timely client billing across Northern Trust entities, meeting strict reporting deadlines.
• Set up and maintain client static data, interpreting documented fee arrangements correctly.
• Collect fee receivables, generate payment instructions and banking entries in line with company and client procedures.
• Complete accruals during month‑end close to guarantee revenue accuracy.
• Collaborate with New Business, Client Services and Operations to capture new or terminated business, accrue and invoice appropriately.
• Communicate and escalate billing delays or issues promptly.
• Respond to client, business and finance queries, ensuring documentation and escalation when needed.
• Maintain compliance with SOX, audit requirements and continuously improve controls.
• Provide input for internal and external fee‑related audits and act as subject‑matter expert on fee‑related projects.
