Area Manager – Retail (Ireland)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Area Manager to lead a portfolio of retail stores across Ireland. You will translate head‑office strategy into day‑to‑day execution, driving sales, profit and brand consistency across multiple locations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and inspire Store Managers within the assigned region.
• Drive sales, profit and KPI performance across all sites.
• Ensure operational excellence and consistent brand presentation.
• Analyse performance data to identify growth opportunities.
• Develop high‑performing teams and succession pipelines.
• Implement change initiatives and influence managers to adopt best practices.
