About the role
Superdrug is looking for an enthusiastic Assistant Store Manager to join its Drogheda location. Working closely with the Store Manager, you will help lead a passionate team, drive sales and ensure an engaging shopping experience for customers.
Key responsibilities
- Recruit, motivate and develop a high‑performing store team.
- Drive sales through promotions, effective merchandising and stock control.
- Create a fun, customer‑focused environment for shoppers and colleagues.
- Maintain operational excellence, including audits, budgeting and inventory management.
Required profile
- Proven retail leadership experience.
- Strong passion for customer service and sales.
- Excellent decision‑making and problem‑solving abilities.
- Results‑driven mindset with a focus on meeting targets.
