Key responsibilities

• Partner with the Store Manager to lead, motivate and develop a high‑performing team, fostering a collaborative environment and ensuring product knowledge.
• Ensure day‑to‑day store operations run smoothly, maintaining visual merchandising, housekeeping standards and compliance with health and safety policies.
• Drive sales performance by supporting the achievement of targets, monitoring KPIs and managing stock replenishment and deliveries.
• Implement loss prevention measures and oversee accurate inventory management to protect profitability.
• Deliver outstanding customer service, address feedback promptly and represent the brand with professionalism.
• Recruit, retain and develop talent, building a strong, motivated workforce.
• Conduct regular risk assessments to maintain a safe environment for staff and customers.
• Build connections with the local community to create a welcoming shopping atmosphere.
