Associate Specialist – Implementation (Entry-Level)

About the role

Mastercard’s Customer Delivery Europe team is looking for an Associate Specialist – Implementation to support the launch of new and existing payment solutions. This entry‑level position offers recent graduates hands‑on experience in project coordination, client engagement and the payments ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Support end‑to‑end execution of processing implementation projects.
• Gather and document customer requirements and related implementation activities.
• Contribute to electronic payments implementation projects following global coordination methodologies.
• Guide customers through Mastercard processes, rules and documentation with senior team support.
• Identify and collect required documentation such as contracts, agreements and forms.
• Coordinate multiple implementation activities in parallel within a dynamic environment.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business or a related field; recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Basic understanding of IT concepts, systems or networks (academic knowledge acceptable).
• Exposure to project work through studies, internships or coursework.
• Interest in the payments industry, fintech or digital ecosystems; familiarity with payment processing concepts is a plus.
