Audit Manager

About the role

The Audit Manager will join a high‑performing team that provides assurance and advisory services across multiple geographies. The role focuses on evaluating risk management, operations, and governance functions while leveraging data analytics and AI‑enabled tools to drive efficiency and insight.

Key responsibilities

• Develop detailed test plans for audit segments based on data analysis and business understanding.
• Conduct fieldwork using data analytics and AI‑enabled tools to enhance testing efficiency.
• Draft audit issues with supporting evidence, incorporating AI‑derived insights.
• Translate complex findings into clear narratives and facilitate stakeholder discussions.
• Maintain and strengthen stakeholder relationships across the organization.
• Apply critical thinking to validate outputs from analytics and AI tools.
• Continuously update knowledge of auditing standards, business operations, and emerging technologies.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration or a related field.
• Proven experience in audit or a combination of audit and related functions such as privacy, supply chain, or compliance.
• Strong problem‑solving, communication, and influence skills.
• Ability to work independently, handle ambiguity, and engage senior management.
