Audit Senior

About the role

Crowleys DFK is expanding its Audit & Assurance department and is looking for an experienced Audit Senior to join the Cork office. Reporting to the Audit & Assurance Manager, you will work in a hybrid model (two days on‑site) and contribute to delivering high‑quality audit services for a diverse client portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of audit clients across various industries.
• Plan, execute and complete risk‑based audits on time and within agreed fee budgets.
• Prepare and review statutory financial statements.
• Analyse financial statements, internal controls and business processes.
• Supervise, train and review the work of audit trainees.
• Collaborate with other departments to facilitate the audit process and build effective working relationships.

Required profile

• ACA, ACCA or equivalent qualification.
• Strong audit experience with a focus on quality and continuous learning.
• Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Proactive, able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Full Irish driving licence preferred.
